A life saver is all I can say. I had someone get sick in my car and brought my car to a different detailer to get rid of the smell after I self cleaned the initial mess. I got scammed and a worse smelling car from the first detailer. Austin listened to my story over the phone and was able to get me in the next morning to take a look and clean the area correctly. He throughly explained what he was going to do and why it would help the issue at hand. I felt secure knowing my car would actually get cleaned this time around and hopefully smell better. Austin exceeded my expectations all while telling me the service was free of charge. He even checked in on me a day later to make sure not smells were lingering. Absolutely my new detailer just a great experience overall!

We couldn’t be any happier with the ceramic coating Austin applied to our both our BMW 330i and Shelby GT500! Our BMW was also unfortunately covered with water spots but Austin was 100% up for the task of removing them and did so superbly. Both cars look like they’ve just come off the showroom floor!
