Beyond expectations. I brought my 2018 Mercedes Benz SL450 that I purchased used two weeks prior to Next Level. There were some scratches on the right front quarter panel, the Mercedes emblem on the front was scratched, and an ink spot on the passenger seat that I wanted addressed. I was realistic. I wasn’t looking for body work, just buffing out for an improvement, and hopefully the ink spot reduced, or gone. Again…. Beyond expectations. Right front quarter panel scratches disappeared. Ink spot gone. The scratches on the emblem were quite deep, but wow, dramatically reduced. While I was there a gentleman brought in his 2024 Corvette C8 that Next Level had done the Ceramic Coating….Beautifully done. Highly recommend Next Level
One year ago, I paid Alan for a paint correction + 9 year ceramic coating (CSU package) on my Mustang. I could not be happier with the result. The close-up shows the paint's condition *before* Alan worked on it (my paint is not metallic, that's specs from the original coating not laying flat). The previous owner hired a different detailer to ceramic coat the car, but applied it improperly, leaving hard marks all over the body that couldn't come off by hand. From the start, Alan immediately impressed me with his expertise and attention to detail. I told him about my last car, that had its clear coat cut too thin by another detailer in Tallahassee, leaving the paint looking hazy and milky after only a year. Alan was very receptive to this, and throughout the process would send me photos using a paint depth gauge to show that there is still plenty of clear coat left. I gave him my paint touch up pen, and he filled in all the little rock chips and tiny scratches. He even masked off the corners of the stripes to protect them from any possibility of lifting. Something he didn't have to do -- but did anyway. His work speaks for itself, the car looks better than new, and thanks to the ceramic coating, has maintained that look through a year of FL weather (it is not garage kept). (There's a photo in the driveway after washing the car two weeks ago). What I really got out of the ceramic coating is peace of mind. I don't worry about my car sitting outside. I know that it's protected by the coating, and what is essentially a 9 year warranty on the coating backed by Gtechniq. Its also much easier to clean, dirt doesn't really stick to it. Alan is a wonderful person to do business with, and I will continue to recommend his shop to anyone that will listen. He is the best.
I have nothing good to say about this company or owner which is surprising as he has decent reviews. My mother was surprising me with a car detail and paint touch up on my car and was charged $350 for both services which to us meant both services but he later retracted saying it was just for interior cleaning. After he had my car for a full week, he told us he decided not to paint the outside of my car because of a dent in a totally opposite part of the car which we never asked him to cover, and he did an sloppy job detailing the inside and didn’t even take my cup holders out… when we asked him about it he came up with the excuse of being busy and forgetting and saying that he doesn’t charge enough to really deep clean the carpet, which we’re not even in a bad state and not hard to clean. He told us to bring my car back later in the week to fix the inside and paint the car. So, we brought it back and he told us he would redo the cupholders and patch up the exterior. We came back a couple hours later when he texted us he was ready. What we came back to was horrendous. The paint job was the worst thing I have ever seen on a car and looked like a 2 year old got white out it was so unprofessional and I’m confused how he has clients with work like this. Pictures of the awful paint job and interior cleaning will be uploaded. He offered an apology and said he would make it better but he never did make it better and offered no compensation in return of his unprofessional work and later tried to pass off that the paint part was actually for free and he doesn’t do painting which is not what we he told us, so if you do decided to use him make sure he is clear about what he is really doing as he speaks very highly of his work yet it was not good. A week later my mom texted asked for a partial refund since we had him take off the paint because of how bad it was, the messages she got back were astounding and unprofessional. And he blamed us saying we didn’t look at his brochure which he had never mentioned before. Do not trust this shop, do not trust him. Worst paint job ever so unprofessional.
Once again, Alan has done an amazing job bringing an old paint job back to life! I purchased a 2006 Ferrari F430 that had been neglected by its previous owner. Alan took on the challenge to do some paint restoration and ceramic coating. Alan took his time with the project. He was very detailed in the operation. Alan treated my vehicle like it was his. Very professional and courteous. I was very impressed! The final product was nothing short of impressive. I feel like I have a new car! Outstanding job Alan! I highly recommend Alan for your auto detailing jobs. His prices and customer service are right on the money. Thank you!
Alan was incredibly kind & professional. Someone spilled a sugary drink all over my seats (stains pictured) and Alan saw them and was quick to assure me it would be an easy clean- and once the cleaning products dried, to call back if there was any spot left (there was not- pictured! Sorry for the shadows!). He did the job quickly and extremely well done. Such a kind guy and great at his job!! 10/10 recommend & will be back!
