I have been coming to Elite auto for years. My whole family comes here as well. I highly recommend them because they do great work at a fair price and Honest. Their body shop is great too.
10/10… I took a leap of faith and rolled into Elite Auto Repair. My Audi Q5 was giving me issues and had several codes. Derrick and his brother took the time to explain to me all the options and where to start… they kept me updated along the way and even provided cost saving suggestions!! Needless to say my baby is running like brand new. The team at Elite Auto is truly top tier!! 🙌🏽
I’ve been coming here for the past few years, and I’ve brought these folks my last 2 cars. Not only did they help me keep my older Honda in tip top condition, but they also helped me figure out some issues I’ve had with my old Hyundai. Elite is so good I’ve recommended friends and family to them since they’ve always done me well. 10/10 definitely recommend! Thank you so much for always helping me!!
They were very welcoming and knowledgeable. In a time where people are always out to make a dollar, this shop did not take advantage of me being a female who does not know much about mechanics. They gave me what I needed and did not try to scam me in anyway! It is was very soothing and I am sincerely thankful! I will definitely return and recommend family and friends!
I am very pleased with the service I received. Derrick was excellent! I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. The service was efficient and thorough and prices were affordable. Derrick provided a comprehensive explanation of everything, including the reasons for the repairs, the necessary parts, the repair process, the costs for parts and labor, and the estimated timeframe for the work. I will certainly continue to rely on them for all my future repair needs. I wanted to update my review. I did go back to them and left even more pleased the second time. Staff here is so great that it doesn't even feel like I'm still in Miami! I decided to wait for my vehicle but was hungry so I was going to walk down a few blocks to go eat but Daniela from the front desk was heading out on an errand and was kind enough to drop me off! She tried to pick me up on her way back but the restaurant took too long. I ended up walking back but got caught in the rain and then Derrick came out to get me! They go above and beyond! So happy to have found such a great place!
