I've had bad luck with detailing shops. Seems like many are incompetent, shady or both. Not only is Presidential the best detail shop I've ever used but a model for any business that wants return customers. When I went in for a quote for ceramic coating, they listened to my concerns and I never felt rushed out pushed into worthless up-sells. The quote was in writing too. I didn't go back for a couple months but they remembered me and the quote was still good. I'm really leery leaving my car somewhere overnight but all the cars are kept inside, the shop is clean and well lit and I never got a bad vibe. I was even more impressed when I picked up the car. I was delayed at the airport but they waited for me for over an hour on a Friday night - super impressive when many businesses would say too bad come back on Monday. Even then, I wasn't rushed. None of that would matter if the car didn't look good but wow. I looked closely under the bright lights and the work is spotless. No high spots or blemishes of any kind. I didn't think the electric blue could be any brighter but it is. And deeper looking. And it feels great - yeah I know that's weird that I'm feeling up the car but over never felt anything so smooth and slick. No dust or residue in the cracks or around emblems. They took off the wheels and everything is spotless. Essentially it's perfect. They even touched up the interior even though I didn't mention it. Lastly, the bill was exactly the same as the quote - no lame add-ons or surprises. I'm not rich by any means and yes, the service is expensive but I don't recall ever getting so much value for my money, regardless the price. If I had more cars I'd take them all here without a second thought. I don't normally write reviews but great service is hard to find these days and these guys excelled in every aspect and deserve praise. Did I mention the car looks great?

As someone in the automotive industry, I’ve sent a lot of my referrals to the team over at presidential over the years due to my own experience with their attention to detail. As my new RS3 was getting PPF’d next door at Auto Paint Guard Derrick and the guys found out it belonged to me they reached out to let me know what ceramic over it could do for the car, mind you I didn't even know it could be done over PPF! The care for their clients is immaculate! This is the second car I’ve done with them and I can’t thank them enough! Looking forward to the next one!

Really outstanding operation. They know what they are doing, they are honest in their estimates and in the recommendations they make and they do really stellar work. I couldn’t be more happy with the care and effort they put into my car. They also do a great job sharing updates and photos as work progresses - it’s fun to see the transformation!
