I can not say enough about how Penske Collision went out of their way to make the best of my bad situation. Fantastic communication throughout the process--advising as to the status of the repair work every step of the way. Jeff Ferencz, the estimator and point of contact, was incredible! He explained the protocol, what would be needed, my financial responsibility, etc. and the follow through was incredibly efficient. I got the car back even earlier than estimated (and cleaner, too). A big tip of the hat to that outfit.
A repair made from a 2019 accident was beginning to dull and crack. Penske warrantied the work, loaned me a car (no charge) while they had my vehicle and took less time than anticipated. I am thrilled with the work and impressed by their integrity! Would highly recommend them! Thank you Mark!
⭐ Flawless Repairs & True Peace of Mind ⭐ My Mercedes-Benz had serious front-end and undercarriage damage, but the team at Palm Beach Toyota – Penske Collision in West Palm Beach repaired it flawlessly. The paint matches perfectly, the parts line up seamlessly, and it looks like my car was never in an accident. The whole process only took about 14 days — I dropped it off on August 18, 2025, and it was ready by September 1, 2025 (a holiday), with ready for pickup on September 2. The Penske Collision team was professional, reassuring, and kept me updated with helpful text alerts — even sending messages like “Your Mercedes-Benz is all fixed and ready to come home!” They also coordinated with Enterprise so I was never without a car. As the photos show, the front end was completely repaired and the undercarriage damage fully restored, leaving my car looking like new. While I hope never to be in an accident again, if I am, I know exactly where I’ll take my car — Palm Beach Toyota – Penske Collision in West Palm Beach.
