We are absolutely thrilled with our first experience at Mint Eco Car Wash! Everyone here is so kind and helpful, and the place is beautiful and clean and feels like a yoga studio/spa while you are waiting to get your car washed — there is even sound healing music playing :) We love it so much! Every detail is thoughtfully eco-friendly - from the coffee to the water refill station to the healthy snacks and beyond. We got the membership and the mini detail, and our car came out shining and happy and feeling/smelling like new, with no chemical smell. We are so happy to be members and this is the car wash for us in West Palm Beach. BIG Thanks to Jose, Frank and the detail guys for an incredible first experience! We will see you again soon! :)
Mint Eco on Southern is the best car wash in palm beach county. Extremely caring staff, everyone is hardworking and very friendly. No details not noticed… I idiotically left a small piece of paper in my car that I needed and it was vacuumed up. I called in to see if they could find it assuming they would say no and specifically Anna was so extremely helpful in getting it back to me, they searched through trash and vacuums to help me out and delivered. I was amazed, superb customer service. New customer for life!
I had such a great experience at Mint Co Car Wash. Jose went above and beyond helping me sign up for my membership. He was knowledgeable, patient, and super professional. Anna at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and kind. She even offered me coffee and water and gave treats to my dog, which truly made my day! 🐶☕️ The entire team was professional, friendly, and made the experience seamless. This is top-tier customer service, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I definitely recommend Mint Co Car Wash and will absolutely be coming back!
