I had an excellent experience at Unlimited Auto Wash in West Palm Beach. The manager went above and beyond by giving us an amazing deal on a full interior detail, and the results truly exceeded our expectations. Our seats were severely stained, and I honestly didn’t think they would come clean — but they did a spectacular job. The interior looks refreshed, spotless, and almost brand new. The team was professional, attentive, and clearly takes pride in their work. It’s hard to find businesses that deliver both great service and great value these days, but they absolutely did. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work done right.
Paid $30 for a wash and my car was still filthy afterward. There were streak marks all over the paint, and somehow it came out more scratched than when I pulled in. If you care about your paint at all, I’d avoid this place — they use rags that clearly get reused on multiple cars, which is a nightmare for darker paint. Service was quick, but that’s the only positive. The person wiping down my car was also rude. I’d strongly recommend going to a fully touchless wash like King Suds Auto Wash instead, where your paint won’t get dragged with dirty towels. Very disappointed.
Stay away from this location!!! I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience here was so unprofessional that I feel obligated to warn others. During my last visit, the staff broke my headrest. They returned my car with the headrest damaged without saying a word. I didn’t notice at first because they positioned the headrest to hide the break. When I brought it up, they blamed my car, insisting it must have broken on its own—even though it was in excellent condition when I arrived. Later, they sent me a video that clearly showed an employee misusing the power seat and breaking the headrest, yet I still received no apology and no responsibility was taken. I also previously witnessed a very serious situation at this location: an employee drove a customer’s car at full speed, crashed into several vehicles that were waiting to be dried, and damaged multiple cars on the road. What shocked me even more was that the employee ran away from the accident, leaving the damaged customer car in the middle of the road. I honestly thank God no one was hurt — with that kind of reckless driving and the number of cars damaged, it could have been much worse. Based on everything I personally experienced and witnessed, I do not trust their professionalism, their training, or their honesty. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend avoiding this location for your safety and peace of mind.
Rate it 1 star because I can’t rate it lower, payed $214 for a full detailing, I was told by the manager it was a FULL DETAILING, they spend 2 hours on the car, when I get back, the compartment under the backseat was just as I had left it, so I talked to a guy if he could clean it and he did, even asking to verify if it was good, I said yes and just left, later I noticed the cupholder were so dirty, and the cupholder in the back as well, all they did to the car was vacuum and grease it, really bad “detailing” also, when I spoke to staff this one lady super calm telling her about what had happened, and she was so rude and was like “calm down buddy”, if you can, take your money somewhere else, I’m sure there is placed that will actually take the time and effort to do the job right, also the staff was getting at the fact that the car had to go back twice, kinda to the point they didn’t want to help me anymore
Dave Miller is a kick ass manager! I came in with my Audi, I was greeted by Will who recommended the hand wax. I sat and watched Alma as she did a meticulous job making my car look showroom brand new! There are at least a dozen car washes I can choose up and down the road from here. The level of service and detail I receive from Unlimited is what keeps me coming back 💪
