El Car Wash in Westchester is convenient if your car has only been lightly dirty for a week or two, but if your vehicle needs a real wash, it’s just not worth the money. Because of the constant rain lately, my car hadn’t been washed for months, so I decided to purchase their most expensive wash the one with ceramic coating and all the extras. When I checked the car afterward, I was honestly disappointed. Half my door was still dirty, my side skirt looked untouched, and the wash did not match the price at all. I assumed maybe it was because the car had been sitting dirty for so long, so I gave them another chance. I washed my car myself, let it get dirty again for only 2–3 weeks, and went back for the same top-tier wash. Same exact issue: my rims looked terrible, the side skirt was still filthy, and the doors still had visible dirt that should’ve been removed easily. To make sure it wasn’t just my car, we also tried taking my husband’s truck a 2006 Chevy Silverado. The wash did a horrible job on that too. It was not cleaned whatsoever, confirming that the issue is the quality of the wash, not the condition of the vehicles. Even their cheapest plan is basically just a light rinse with a little soap nothing meaningful gets cleaned. For the price, this place is a total rip-off. You’re honestly better off washing your car at home.
I always have a great experience at EL Car Wash. The process is quick, efficient, and my car always comes out looking brand new. The free vacuums are a huge plus, and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend stopping by if you need a quick quality wash!"
My husband and I have been members for almost a year since switching from Bumble Bee Car Wash. We come daily, but the mornings are super PACKED. There's barely any space to clean inside. Almost every morning, you need to enforce a time limit for people cleaning their cars. Some stay over 20-30 minutes and at times there is a line waiting for a space and the employees don't say anything to them. I'm extremely disappointed with the service at this location. The workers don't communicate with customers about wait times and it's unacceptable. I PAY $26 and my husband paid $39 for these services. You need to step up your game. We switched from Bumble Car Wash, which at least had time limits on cleaning, but it seems like your company is no better.
I’m from out of state and enrolled in their full service monthly plan. Where I came from I had a family plan and in this advanced state there none so I pay full price for me and my wife. At first I was very pleased but after 10-15 trips I began to notice that some of the glass cleaner hoses went missing and more recently they did not smell of ammonia. The wash area for the hard rubber mats on one of the basins there was no cleaning brush and no suds were coming out of the soap nozzle. I reported this to the manager where I was assured that everything was running fine and acted like they never heard of such a thing. The customer service I experienced was very poor. I didn’t even see any interést to see if the dispensers were empty of the products. I was very disappointed with the way they handled this one. One of the employees even recommended that I bring my own brush. It seems to me that if I’m paying good money to have both of our cars cleaned I would expect gratitude and better customer service.
