I used the mobile service. The technician came at exactly the scheduled time. He was courteous and asked for any particular concerns I had with my car. He worked for 2 and a half hours thoroughly cleaning every inch of the car. I’m very pleased.

I took my camper to get the exterior washed and waxed. It had been sitting uncovered for a few months and it was looking pretty rough with grime, dirt, and black residue covering the entire roof and sides. I knew that a standard wash with over the counter stuff wouldn't get the job done and I was worried that professional cleaning would be expensive and maybe not get it off. I chose Detail Dawgs because they indicated having experience with RVs/Boats and it seemed like they knew how to safely clean non-auto surfaces and things like RVs that need special attention to avoid leaks or damaging non metal surfaces. Every interaction getting quotes and discussing the job was very positive. They were able to book me pretty quick and finished the job in less than a day. It looks better than new with no exaggeration. The best that it has ever looked. I couldn't be more impressed with the customer service and final product. It's hard to find people that will put in the effort to take care of special jobs and be flexible with clear communication.. I appreciate the service and will definitely be back with other automobiles and my camper.
Got to meet the owner, Jack, and his employee, Alec. They were very professional, arrived when they said they would, and did an excellent job with my Cybertruck. My biggest concern was making sure my matte black wrap was taken care of, and they did an amazing job. Will be using them for my details moving forward. Highly recommend these guys to anybody with a luxury vehicle that needs special attention.
