Had my Tucson washed today 3/1, the whole back of my car was still filthy. I just cannot understand if I pay full price of $25 why can’t they clean my whole car? Very dissatisfied. Ben coming here for years dnd have always overlooked the small stuff but this was my whole back of car.
Paid to have a full car wash service done did not wipe my dash down or cups dirt was still on The exterior of my driver side bumper I had to ask someone to come and wipe it. The car was not dried down. It’s just in and out. I should’ve just gotten the basic because that’s all they did was the basic terrible service. Won’t be coming here again
Outside of car fabulous. Inside was worthless!! Windshield was smeared, dashboard was not wiped out, back window smear streaks. 4 guys working on the cars and not one of them get it right pathetic
I can’t believe I’m leaving this review. Primarily because I have been coming here for two years. I recently got a new vehicle and decided to give it a wash. Once my car was done I realized there was a scratch on my hood. My car is new so I know it was not there. I tell the manager (Asian older man that stays in the back office) and he tells me, “It’s not from the car wash you must of hit something.” I laughed because the scratch is on my hood and by itself. Just an insult to my intelligence. I would rather him say it’s nothing I can do about that. On top of that, it was a mediocre cleaning. Just based off my experience today, I will never go back. The customer service is nonexistent and it’s too expensive for a mediocre cleaning job.
Today I decided to go to the car was because it was a nice day and my car hadn’t been washed since I received a couple of months ago. As I get out to allow the gentleman to vacuum I noticed my car had a scratch on drivers side and a smudge on the passenger side. I went to tell the owner about it he tried to up sale me for a wax off. I stated I should not have to pay for that service because i know for a fact that it was not there before the was. The owner proceeded to insult my character in the presence of my child as if I was trying to get over. I have been to this location numerous time in the past 7 years and this by far was the most insulting experience.
