Wonderful experience! David was so nice. I only needed to use the vac to clean out my son's car. The vacuums are POWERFUL, the area is well kept, clean, and stocked with everything you need to clean the inside of your vehicle. I'll definitely be back for a full wash on the outside! Thank you!
I will give it an -F since this specific location car wash has been breaking down about 3-6 times a week. The community uses the car wash and I live close by and such as the tracks, it always breaks down. Management is cool but they need to figure out a way to tell the truth to customers. Such as put a closure sign such as “Temporary Closure”. Employee says might take 5-10 min you can wait if you want but been here for about 1 hour waiting. Others about 15-30 min wait average. They didn’t do anything to solve the line issue until I got out and told them what to do.
Place is great. Not pricey. Car was super and well cleaned. Folks are friendly n placed for self vacuuming as well. Great spot to get your car washed. Right off windy hill road.
I love this car was the first time I went there I had a hard time figuring out how to get into the post office after the road re work on Windy Hill someone walked to the road and showed me where to turn. Then the next time was in my work car I had spilled a plant for a client gift it was everywhere and I had my quarterly car check with my boss. I went over to ask if I could vacuum it out and they were so nice they told me anything it’s always free. Then my personal car has been sitting under a tree and was looking really dull I looked into the grafelene wash because it makes you finish so shiny and protects you car for much longer than a traditional wash because it protects the paint. Make sure you use the cloth they provide to dry so you don’t get any spots dried into your car. After we went to Costco someone who has my same car asked what year my car was my car was older but my finish was so much better I explained that I just got the top wash because I was going to be parking my car outside for the next couple of months. Daivd is the manager at Windy Hill and is very helpful. I will be taking my work car Thursday after my vacation they are working on the road and I was out of town for 2 weeks for work it is so bad I can’t see out of the windows.
I went through the car wash at Caliber Car Wash on Windy Hill, and my rims and tires were still dirty afterward. They gave me a ticket to go through again, but unfortunately, nothing changed the same areas were still dirty. Some of the equipment in the wash doesn’t even seem to be working properly. The attendant was helpful and said the manager would contact me for a refund. let’s see if that actually happens. Based on this experience, I’m seriously considering not going back.
