I retained Eagle Star Detailing David Faustina to detail the exterior of my 5th wheel trailer, I chose " option C " their best with a 7 year warranty. work was to commence on July 10th and to date the job isn't finished, there are numerous imperfections he just seal over, swirl marks, and areas he has not touched, its now August 28th. I have left messages with them and he has not returned any, I did not receive my 7 year warranty nor my last payment receipt. In short the guy is a flake, he talks a good talk, find some one else. I paid by credit card and will be pulling payments back.
David was fantastic! My car was a mess before and now it looks new. I booked an interior detail and I couldn’t be more happy with my results. David did a mobile appointment and he was great at communicating his eta. He was nice, fast, and professional. I recommend going to Eagle Star Detail!
David at Eagle Star Detail did an absolute amazing job on our SUV and we can't rave enough! This is a vehicle that hasn't seen a good cleaning in at least 14 years and he went above and beyond to make it look like a new vehicle. We called on a Saturday afternoon and he was at our place Monday morning! The vehicle went from an absolute mess to a shiny, sparkling vehicle. Multiple people commented that it looks like a brand new car! David was fast, friendly, thorough and a pleasure to work with. We'll be calling him again to keep this older SUV looking like it just came off a new car lot!
David did an amazing job detailing our SUV!!! His attention to detail is evident and so is his work ethic. I had him come back and detail our 2nd vehicle as well as hand wash the exterior for both. I’m very pleased with his work. They still look great even after being rained on.
David detailed one of our SUV’s and I forgot what it was like to have a car completely shiny and spotless. Guilty unlimited car wash member and I feel it’s abuse if I bring it through one again.
