I recently purchased a Tesla Model Y and wanted to protect it ASAP with PPF. I found Indepth and was immediately contacted by Travis who thoroughly educated me on all aspects of PPF and the application process and the differences in PPF quality. I felt very confident and was happy with their competitive pricing and booked my appointment for a few weeks out. In the interim I had a boo boo freak accident on my hood and ran right over to talk to Rob (manager) and Chris (owner) about what to do. They calmed me and helped with a referral for a damage estimate and pushed up my PPF to the next day so it could be finished prior to any hood body work! Both guys are super friendly, knowledgeable and generous with their time. The rest of the crew (Travis and Douglas) were equally as wise and helpful! They put the PPF on yesterday and my car looks so glossy and stunning - way prettier than new. It will also be super easy to clean and maintain. I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience with Indepth and feel confident they will always take care of me with the utmost integrity. As soon as I bought my Toyota GR-86, I had Indepth Detailing complete a full PPF wrap on it, so I don't end up with chipped paint. Everyone who lives in Southern Idaho knows that it's only a matter of time when the chip-sealing, or rock trucks, are going to cause rock chips on your paint. I'm not worried about that any longer. They did such a good job, you can barely tell it's on there. Better yet, a week after picking it up from Indepth, a rock hit my hood and did not pierce the protection! In fact, after a few days driving around in the heat, the film "healed" itself and the dent in the PPF was gone! When I wash it, everything come right off. I love this stuff and plan to have my other vehicle protected by them. Great folks to work with and a great price! Thanks guys!

Marty McFly just called and his Toyota is ready! I brought my truck in and got the windows tinted and had a ceramic coating applied. It's like they put my truck in a time machine, because when I picked it up, it looked 15 years newer than when I dropped it off. There was an issue with one of the window tints that was hard to notice until after I drove it. When I pointed it out they were super nice about it and took care of the issue like true professionals. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the finished product. If you're reading this, then don't get your loved ones another lame present this year - take their car or truck to InDepth Detailing and have the guys work their magic.

Rob, Travis, & Chris are absolute pros. I showed up in person for a quote and they stopped what they were doing in the shop to shake hands and show a genuine interest in my car as we discussed tint & paint protection. By that evening we had a plan and they delivered A++ results days later. I highly recommend this shop for their high quality work and overall excellent customer service.

I recently purchased a 2023 Tacoma—only 10K miles on it—and while the paint looked great, I could feel some grittiness when I washed it and it just didn’t have that showroom shine. In Depth Detailing put a ceramic coating on it and I’m thrilled with the results—the shine is excellent and really makes the truck pop. They also went the extra mile to remove some factory-installed PPF that had started to yellow; the adhesive was incredibly stubborn, but they took the time to get it all off cleanly. While they were at it, they debadged the truck and it looks super clean. From start to finish, it was a great experience with excellent customer service—clear communication, careful workmanship, and pride in the final result. They even followed up afterward to see how I liked the result. I would absolutely take my car to them again.
