I can't believe how awesome they made my pickup look. They are so awesome at what they do, and very kind too.
Thought I’d give these guys a try as they do pickup and delivery and my regular detailer was unavailable. Definitely not worth it for the price. Paid $300 for an interior detail and other than the mats being super clean, I’m finding a lot of debris on the carpets and the detail did not include the seats at all. Obsessive Car Detailing charges $100 less and does a FULL interior to a much, higher quality. Disappointed and having to redetail my own car while out $300. They did find and remove a mouse nest though so I appreciate that. Reply to owner (Marty): I appreciate the reply and the offer. I have already spent the better part of the morning using my own vacuum and carpet cleaner with upholstery attachment to clean it to my standards. Would you be willing to reimburse me 50% of the detail price? Also, please review your advertising as it is extremely misleading. As seen by the images, the landing page clearly states that the "Interior Platinum Detail" includes shampoo and hot water extraction for all carpets, floor mats, and seats. Whereas on the subsequent page, the same "Interior Platinum Detail" priced at $300 has very different language and makes no mention of those services.
Read the reviews and decided to give this place a try. This was my first time getting a detailing and I’m generally not a fan of spending money on that sort of thing. I just bought a 99 ram 1500 that had been sitting for a few years and probably had rats living it in for a bit so I decided to get the engine bay detailed. Wow. When I tell you these guys did a good job, I can’t describe the difference this made. Wish I took a before and after but it was worth every penny. Definitely recommend going in, Marty will take good care of you. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks for the service guys✌🏼
They did arrive an hour later than agreed upon for car pickup, but the owner took off the pick up fee and then some for picking up the car myself later in the day when I was out and about. My car is spotless and they even repaired some bleached areas caused by hand sanitizer in my black interior. Very thorough.
My car is cleaner than it was the day I bought it!! Oh my goodness, the attention to detail and extra care put in to every nook and cranny was well worth the price. On the topic of price, I SO appreciate this amazing and ethical company keeping their prices affordable so all members of the community can enjoy their services. Wow. Just WOW!
