Certainly one of the top car washing businesses in the area. You can tell the owners really had a vision for this place. They’ve got a bar, coffee shop (another local business in the area who they partnered with), food, wifi, and a comfortable seating area. It really makes the time you wait for your car go faster, considering the wait time is pretty long since they are usually always busy. The only critique I’d give is to turn down the music a little lol. I felt like I was in a nightclub last time I visited 😂 much rather prefer a coffee shop vibe.
I have NEVER experienced a car wash like this one! The line IS worth the wait! What car wash do you know has a cafe, a Harold’s Chicken, slot machines, AND a bar?! Be for real…there’s nothing like this place. From the moment I handed my key I was welcomed with such grace and professionalism. Stepping into what would ordinarily be the “waiting area,” I mean the pictures speak for themselves. The ambiance and interior design is so elevated and refined. Aesthetically pleasing to the eye, where elegance meets layered textures. Not only does the place look great, but makes you feel good too! The music sets the tone for an enjoyable experience as well. I had the pleasure of meeting Alex, Mark, the young lady and the big boss. Each and everyone were incredibly polite, kind, attentive, and enthusiastic. The food was delicious! That mild sauce and seeing that slice of bread at the bottom- took me back to the good ol’ Harold’s days growing up. I’m calling myself a new loyal customer and I’m so glad I held off on getting a cheap car wash and made time to come check out Berwyn Auto Spa. Trust, this place won’t disappoint! What can I say. I went in for an premium wash in/out on my minivan and left with a full belly, a sparkling clean car AND I was able to get some work done while I waited. Friendly service, attention to detail both with my car and with customer service while waiting. Not only can you get your car washed, but with the free wifi you can get your work done too. Harold's chicken will get your belly filled and then you have you options with either a drink at the full service bar or my favorite COFFEE from Pink Owl. Literally a one stop shop. Thank you again!
Insane hand car wash setup here. They have a bar / Harold’s Chicken / Slot Machines all on deck. Customer service is top notch and the prices are beyond reasonable.
So I just want to say that I’ve been coming here since it opened up and I feel like there’s been good experiences and sometimes it’s left me wondering, “is there a better place?” Customer service and the ambience of the place has been great. It’s welcoming and comfortable to go to, but at the end of the day what matters is the service done on the car. In the beginning, the workers really paid attention to cleaning the exterior and interior really well (not detailing, just regular cleaning) and now… not sure if it’s different workers or maybe depending on the time you go, but my interior has been left messy a few times.. I had to go back and question them and there must of been some confusion - which fine, human error but like there was more dirt left behind and didn’t feel like “complaining” about everything, so I just left. That’s on me. But definitely feel like the last few times of my interior still being dirty has finally made me realize I should try elsewhere. It’s sad cause I enjoyed coming here, but I guess it’s time I try somewhere new. :/
