I had generally positive experiences with this service until my most recent appointment. Unfortunately, the interaction during the last wash was very disappointing. The individual who introduced himself as the VP of Operations performed the service. During the final inspection, I noticed that the seats had not been vacuumed and my floor mats had been placed back into the vehicle soaking wet, with gravel and leaves still underneath them. When I pointed this out, I was told that they had to “cut corners” because there wasn’t enough time to finish the job properly. While I was drying the mats myself, the VP of Operations repeatedly stated that he didn’t have time to do “all that work.” This back-and-forth continued for several minutes until I informed him that I needed to leave to pick up my child and asked him to move his work truck from my garage. As I was pulling away, he opened my car door to tell me that he expected I would leave a negative review. Opening a customer’s car door while the vehicle is in drive is unsafe and, in my opinion, highly unprofessional—especially while on a customer’s property. Throughout the interaction, I was also repeatedly told that if I wanted my car cleaned properly, I should upgrade my membership. Additionally, the appointment was scheduled for 12:30 PM but the technician did not arrive until around 1:30 PM. Since it rained while washing, the exterior wash ended up being negated as well. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves both service quality and professionalism in the future from its VP of operations. Also, there was no derogatory language as stated in the response. The entire interaction was recorded with my security cameras.
Josh S helped us today and the result is great!! Every spot is clean and a stain on the seat came out. It smells good and was very worth it. Feels good to have the snow and salt of winter off of our car!! We keep saying “it’s so nice and clean” :)
I got the Luxury Sport wash and was extremely happy with the results! The technician was super nice and communicative. My cars was left totally spotless, which is something I was never able to achieve cleaning it on my own. Super worth it for the price and the convenience of having the service come to you.
BrushHour is a company I trust my car with. Genuinely phenomenal service and the team always goes above and beyond. My husband and I drive our dog to many parks on the weekends and the interior has taken up some solid beating, doesn’t help to have fabric seats. BrushHour did a spectacular job at cleaning EVERYTHING. You guys do an awesome job for such a competitive price given that I can be at home minding my business while you take care of the car. There is no other business I’d consider. EDIT: I read some of the other reviews and I felt compelled to mention - I booked online and I never once felt pressured into purchasing any additional products to the main clean I selected. The website states very clearly what each service includes and it was very easy to navigate the menu and select what fit our expectations. The team arrived ON TIME! Incredibly punctual.
If your schedule is all over the place like mine, BrushHour will be your saving grace. They came to me at home this time, which was a relief after the holiday weekend (on TOP of snow storms). Their communication is on point, too. I got an email reminder the day before, plus a text on the day of to let me know they were on their way so I could plan around meetings/calls, and everything else on my plate. I'll definitely be booking again, and next time I'm looking forward to having them come to my office in the city since I work hybrid. Convenience like this is unmatched... seriously, if you hate long maintenance appts for anything in life, this is for you. I'll also be doing the under carriage wash next time, which is such a smart feature to protect my car from the brutal Chicago winters. Can't recommend BrushHour enough!!
