First time coming to Driven. Had the $20 wash and still had some dust and dirt on it. They have an awesome employee, Liliana, who asked me how my experience was, while I was vacuuming. BTW, the free vacuums are excellent. I've never experienced customer service like that of Liliana. She was polite, confident, and immediately offered to rectify my concerns. Thanks, Driven!
I just wanted a quick wash to get all of the built-up road salt off of the car since we aren't expecting any snow for a while. I got the "light wash," which is $8. The employee helping get everything processed tried upselling me but I declined. I have a black car, so that makes it really hard to make spotless and I totally understand that. However, for $8, I had hoped to get a better clean than what I got. There's still a lot of dirt and salt residue around the car, especially on the rear of the car. I assume it's from a light rinse immediately followed by strong heated air drying. Each vehicle is close together throughout the process and there is no ticket system to show the employees inside of the wash to program the machine based on the level of wash paid for, so I struggle to to see how the different price tiers make any difference. This place does have an unlimited wash price plan, so that would be better for frequent cleaning or even double dipping to ensure a more thorough external wash. I'm just annoyed that my car is cleaner than it was but definitely still visibly dirty. 8 bucks isn't budget-busting but it's still 8 bucks.
Awesome car wash 🧽 $10 for mid level wash, or $8 for a light wash. The attendants were friendly and helpful. Free vacuums, car wash was better than the $5-10 places I’ve gone before. Easy peasy and car looks great! They also offer a $20 unlimited monthly wash pass.
Great spot for a car wash! The facility is clean and efficient. It was a busy, sunny Saturday and the attendants kept the lines moving and my car looked great! Edgar was friendly and professional, letting me know about the services and options. I'm very glad I stopped by today!
My truck was caked in salt! So bad it was layered. Went for the top car wash, Edgar at the entrance gate was very helpful and helped me decide which wash was best. The top one without a membership was $20. My truck looks great! Also, the wash itself is a fun ride lots of colors with the wax and the soap. I really enjoyed this experience that it’s a great place! I’d get a membership but I live 10 miles away so it’s just not close enough to home for me to come frequently enough for the member
