I did not want to write a google review, but they refused to respond to me. I went for an interior detail last week the day after Xmas. They didn’t do the best job on my interior. I tried to reach out to give them a chance to fix it. Not only does no one ever answer the phone, they don’t respond to emails either. I paid $185 for certain parts to still be dirty. The girl at the front desk was very dry with me like I was disturbing her phone scrolling or whatever it was she was doing. The car was parked in the parking garage after they finished, which was very dark so I could not see my car until I moved it to the sunlight which was outside of the parking garage. I had somewhere to be so I could not address it right then and there after I left the parking structure. I emailed later that evening, the next day, and a few days later and got zero response from anyone . I called at least 4 times and no one ever picks up the phone. I left a voice message, and again… nothing. Very unprofessional. They were real quick to take my money but no one would bother to respond. I had a bad feeling when I saw their shop was inside a dark creepy looking parking structure to begin with. I wanted to give them a chance to make it right, but how can I when once they get your business, they ignore you. I will not be returning.
Very disappointed in the overall quality. I was really hopeful about coming here, their advertising is even in my work elevator, and I kept debating whether to try it. I finally did, and I regret it. Honestly, I could’ve done this myself at home.
If I could leave 0, I would def. Save your money and go somewhere else, this is the worst interior cleaning you can pay, spent $209 for my Prius cleaning to get rid of bad smell , there are so many missed spots on the dash,plus the car smells bad again. Such a dissapointment
I usually come here every couple of months for the interior–exterior express wash and it’s been fine in the past. This time, by mistake, I only selected the exterior wash, which cost about $30 plus an additional charge for rims and tires. I honestly cannot justify or understand how this is worth the price. The result was noticeably worse than what I’d get from a $5.99 drive-through machine wash. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve noticed the quality slipping. The staff are very nice and easy to work with, but the wash itself feels rushed and careless — several obvious spots were missed despite it being done by hand. For the price point, I expected much better attention to detail. I recognize this is not the high end $250 detail, but come on. What is this? I’m going to have to get another wash just to undo whatever they did to the rims
Went for an express interior/exterior hand car wash and it was a terrible experience. They took 90 mins to complete the service (which they advertise to take 30 mins) and the end result was pathetic. The interior was as dirty as I had given them, they stained my passenger seat with some oily solution. The exterior had marks all over, they couldn’t care less about you car to be honest. This is the most terrible service I’ve ever received from a car wash. If you value your time and money, I would highly recommend avoiding this place. I am attaching pictures for everyone to see the terrible service they provide.
