Called Busse in a panic after a shitsuation unloaded in my truck during a routine trip to the groomers. We’ve become quite the regular customer this week having just had my brakes replaced earlier in the week. Both times Chad, Kyle, and Mark were able to accommodate a last minute appointment with understanding and kindness. Fernando got the back squeaky clean and did much more than was expected. So grateful to have such an honest and reliable family owned neighborhood business nearby. Thanks Busse!
This is probably not my first 5 star review for Busse, but I cannot help it. They go out of there way to see what is wrong with my 2011 Rav4. Right now I think I have a shock problem. I made an appointment and Mark said to stop by and they will ride with me. Kyle rode in the car, bounced the car and no sound or bounce. Not what I was experiencing. I will bring the car in and they will check. Such nice service. I have brought my car in for all the services.
Booked a detailed cleaning of my car based on reviews. Paid $290.00 for package # 2. I totally regret it. I gave it a star because there is no option for none. I dropped the car at 8am and at 3pm got a call that the car was ready for pick up. I was surprised how fast they did it and now I was worried about the quality. Save yourself the money. The interior of my car is not looking better than a normal quick cleaning. Looks like they didn't even make an effort to vacuum thoroughly the carpets. All windows have wiping marks and I had to wipe them again. The rear view mirror has all over dry spray drops on it. We definitely have different understanding of "detail cleaning". The pictures speak for themselves. I would take a full refund if I could. Definitely not going back.
I took my Nissan Pathfinder 2005 for a detail job headlight polish, and a oil pressure sensor replacement. They were reasonable on the price and they did a great job cleaning inside and out. The day I picked up the truck it had a layer of dust and no treatment on the tires on it that’s why I’m removing one start. Overall it was a good experience!
