Ive had an exceptional experience at this carwash every visit and today Gabriel Gonzales and the gentleman working with him went above and beyond. There was a miscommunication on my last visit where i was told interior mat cleaning was included with my very reasonable monthly pass. Mr. Gonzales & staff honored the previous offer and cleaned the mats for free even when I was insisting on paying. Also, they dry the vehicle with every wash which is incredibly convenient. They are always friendly knowledgeable and quick. This is a veteran owned small business I would highly recommend! The staff are amazing!
Great service today. I was waiting for the weather to warm up to get a wash. Brightside didn’t disappoint. They did a great job getting all the salt off and my vehicle is clean once again. I definitely will be a regular.
I was told they were running 15 minutes behind. There were only three cars in front of me and the full service zero cars and the express exterior only. It took them an hour and 26 minutes to finish my car. They clearly were taking every single person that pulled in express exterior only and making everybody else in full service Wait. They could’ve just simply told us that they were way behind schedule. Something was wrong something. Instead, they kept saying we’re doing the best we can. You would think after that long of a weight they would’ve offered some sort of free wash or discount, they did not. They just said sorry. Very unprofessional, very surprised. These people are still in business. Take your business somewhere else where they care about their clients.
Brightside Car Wash is absolutely fantastic! Happy to support a veteran-owned business that truly takes pride in what they do. The staff was extremely friendly from the moment we pulled in, and the entire wash was beautifully decorated for the holidays—my kids were obsessed and had such a great time. I went with the Best Wash, and my car came out spotless and shining. I’ll definitely be back to sign up for the membership they offered. Highly recommend Brightside to anyone looking for a great wash and an even better experience!
it’s unfair to have to give a 1* just to write a comment. They did a great job as you can see what paying $49 will get you at this car wash! Full detail service inside vacuum wash/dry outside. I paid, waited, got in my car and got home to only look in my car to see it is literally the same as I took it in! Just do it urself people this car wash place is definitely not ur go2 place. So disappointing
