This store is awesome love everyone there!!! Super nice people
Bought a new car 10/25 got a few car washes and even start a membership 10/30 a week later 11/07 I noticed multiple paint chipping scratches and dents on my car I decided to take video of my car before getting another car wash and one right after and noticed more dents scratchings and paint chippings I’ve used my membership a total of 4/5 times not even having it a full two weeks I filed a property claim and it was found not their fault won’t allow me to see video proof .. didn’t bother taking the videos I took with timestamps outside of their car wash … I’ll have to pay for the damages I wasn’t given a refund for the monthly membership and I was also banned from coming back as if I wanted to in the first place.
Love this carwash. My car always looks clean when I’m done and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Grace helped me the other day and her kind demeanor and friendly smile made my day! I’ll continue to come back!
Vacuums never work but we pay a membership to use them. I’m an Uber and this is one of the only reasons I need to use a car wash frequently. This one needs to do a lot better to retain my business.
Horrible car wash!! I spent $25 to get everything done. While I was there half of the vacuums weren’t in service. The bug prewash bucket was gone. I went through the car wash came out and still bugs all over the front and side mirrors. I’ve tried calling the number and it’s not in service. I suggest if you want your car actually washed you pick a different car wash!
