Not sure what's up with this place. Called yesterday to confirm they take walk-ins. Guys rudely tells me yes first come first serve and there was a 45 min wait. I decide to wait till today in the middle of the day hoping for less wait only to be told they were closed due to weather. There was no rain at the time as it had passed for the day, not to mention, how am I supposed to know you're closed for weather? They have no website and nothing mentioned on being closed on FB. So drove 20 mins out of my way for nothing. Save your time and go to Delicate Touch in Alsip. They took me right away no wait with a small army that worked on my car. Won't ever bother woth this place again.
Best hand wash by far I’ve been taking my Supra there for months now and always had the best experience. The staff is really respectful and always make sure that you are satisfied. I look forward to getting my car detailed by them!
I just left there. I got a inside out. When my car was pulled into the sun. The windows had not been cleaned properly. There was guk pouring down the side of my car. When I opened the doors the door jams were filthy. I am very disappointed. For 27.00 plus a tip. They are just rushing through cars. To add I live on the other side of town. I'm so irritated. Avoid at all cost. Not worth the money. The drive thru 8.00 wash is better than them

My first time at the car wash, I dont like Machines touching my car, I found this spot that is a legit hand car wash from start to finish. I got the #1 which wasnt fairly price being it is a hand carwash, better than most spots in the area. However when I got home I did Noticed some spots that were missed on the windshield and body. I reached out to them and told me to bring it back and they would make it right. I came back within an hour or so, and they definitely made it right. They cleaned up the areas that were missed and had me do another walk around and made sure it was to my satisfaction. Mistakes happen and I appreciate the customer service! The inside was cleaned well, wipe down, and matts were nice and clean. Give them a shot! I will be bringing back my truck for sure.
