Steve is an absolute professional. I honestly did not expect this level of attention to detail. He worked on my BMW X7 for over 10 hours and the result completely exceeded my expectations. The car looks better than when I bought it. Every detail was handled with care — interior deep cleaned, leather restored beautifully, exterior polished to a mirror finish.
