I would not recommend this business. Several months ago When I walked in, it took quite a while before anyone approached me. The individual who did assist me did not present themselves in a professional manner. I asked for pricing on a basic detail for a four-door compact car and was quoted what I felt was an extremely high price. When I questioned the cost, I was told it was a “good deal,” but no clear explanation was provided. I questioned what all was included. After discussing it with my husband at home, we both agreed the quote seemed unreasonable. A few days later, he called to inquire and was given an even higher price over the phone, which only added to our concerns. Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable leaving my vehicle or personal belongings there. We ultimately chose another local business and had a completely different experience — excellent customer service, professional staff, quality work on my vehicle, and a fair price.

WARNING: Dishonest and Unethical Business Practices I do not leave reviews lightly, especially negative ones. I'm a very patient, reasonable, and understanding person. Unfortunately, my experience with this company left me no choice but to warn others. This business was completely dishonest from start to finish. I was misled, treated unfairly, and ultimately ripped off. The behavior I encountered was unethical and showed a total lack of integrity. What was promised was not delivered, and any attempt to resolve the situation was met with excuses and avoidance. If you're considering doing business here, I strongly urge you to read their other reviews carefully--you'll start to see a pattern. This is exactly the kind of experience people associate with the worst stereotypes of used car salesmen. I specifically dealt with Donnie, and based on my experience, I would not trust him or this company. There are plenty of honest businesses out there--this is not one of them. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and money. Stay away.

The staff were very friendly to me and tried to work with me as best as they could. However there are some parts of my car that ended up completely unacceptable for a "full auto detail" worth over $200. Please see pictures. In addition I had seat covers on my car's back seat that had straps to attach them. I told them they could take it off for me, and to my horror after the fact they had taken it off by ripping out the straps and placing them in my glove box. Those seat covers were over $80, and I would really appreciate being compensated for that as they no longer attach properly on my car.

We had used Vinnies in the past and they were great. Today proved otherwise for us. We showed up at 8 for our appointment the man greeted us and acted as though we did not have an appointment. He didn't give us an estimate after seeing the truck or a time line of how long it would take. He called us a little before 1 and we made sure to be on our way before they closed at 2, when he called us again and he said he has to leave to go to his daughter's party, and wanted us to pay over the phone (without even seeing our truck) we did not do so, but it was rude to call and rush us when we would get there within business hours. Upon seeing the truck he was attempting to rub off one of the many spots where the wax was obviously not done right on the truck. It was clear he rushed on this job, charged extra for dog hair removal yet I could still see various spots of dog hair. The mats weren't properly cleaned, the backseat underneath had plenty of dog hair and dirt where he never cleaned and the back of the console was obviously not even touched. Very disappointing for $350.

They did such a fantastic job on my XLR! Did a full paint correction for me and came out flawless. Great group of honest guys that really made me feel at home. Will definitely be recommending my friends and family here.
