I will definitely be using the service again! Scheduling this appointment was fast, easy and conducted by a super friendly staff. They picked up my car and dropped it back off when they were done. The car came back in excellent condition. I’ve had my car detailed before and This was by far the best.You definitely get what you pay for with the service.
I had the engine on my daily Kia take a shit and seize up. Took it to NWI Customs and Detailing in Crown Point to check it out and prepare to spend thousands on a new engine. The mechanic checking it out and searching for an engine for me, Jeremiah, called me and told me that he found a class action lawsuit on these GDI engines back in 2019. Long story short, I qualified to get a brand new engine, labor and parts, for free. Which I did. He didn’t have to call me and tell me that but he did. The integrity over at NWI Customs and Detailing is absolutely top tier. If you need shit done mechanically or for wraps/tint etc., I’d 100% trust that you’re in good hands.
Anthony did a fantastic job with my conversion van, looks brand new! Everyone that I have dealt with the last few years has all been very easy to work with, very accommodating, great customer service. Highly recommend this company.
Absolutely happy with everything here. Did tinting on two of my vehicle. Had a couple imperfections in a window. They fixed it no questions asked. Erik is a straight up guy and they do work on the nicest vehicles. Only place I will bring my cars from here on. Highly recommend this shop. Wrapped my BMW looks amazing!
Where do I start? Unless you have a top-of-the-line, luxury vehicle, I would not recommend their service. I feel these pictures speak for themselves, but expressing it would also help future customers. I got a text message saying my vehicle is ready to pick up. My expectation was high until I drove in and even from afar I could see this was not a “detail” that was worth $190. Before I walked into the office, I did a exterior inspection and found all these issues. It got worse as I kept looking at it. I walked into the office and asked the person at the desk what the service was supposed to cover because it looked exactly the same from when I ran it through a normal wash. This service supposedly included a foam wash and tire dressing, that was not the case. Then another gentleman says there was “dog nose marks” on the back windows they did not clean. Long story short, the person I assumed to be the manager shifts the blame on a new employee, instead of taking accountability himself, and also said he failed to look at my vehicle before it was done. New scratches on the back bumper were found and a huge disappointment in general. I had high hopes for this location, since I, like their website states, take pride in my vehicle. I’m a huge supporter of local businesses, but this one taught me a lesson today. Again, if you don’t have a luxury vehicle, I would not recommend NWI Customs Detailing Inc.
