I always have my vehicle detailed twice a year. I have an older car and it's important to get up with the detail and maintenance. They always do a great job.
I’m not usually one to do reviews but this service really upset me. I always clean my car myself but I had to take it for a last minute trip. Personally, it looked like all they did was sweep and wipe everything down. I got a full interior clean and I was left with dirty windows and residue all over my car. For almost $200 I was expecting a good clean but even my seatbelt was still dirty.
Received a gift certificate but waited until after spring break to use it. I wish I would’ve taken before photos. It was sooo gross. Three kids live in this van- sticky, smelly, fingerprints, chips, the list goes on! I can’t believe how detailed they were. The photos don’t do it justice and the smells are so clean and fresh! Highly recommend!! Should add they picked my van up from work and brought it back to me. Thanks so much!!
2018 - For me service is as important as quality. Having previously had my car detailed in Indy and been less than impressed, I wanted to try a local company. In my opinion, this area offers limited auto detailing options. So I did some research and decided to go to Top of The Line. First impressions do matter and when I email a company I expect a response within 24 hours. If I do not get one then I move on and don't look back. It's usually a good measure of how much they value their online customers. It took less than 24 hours to receive a reply and I dropped by car off the next day for an exterior detail and headlight restoration. When I picked up my car I was impressed with both the detailing and restoration. Jason, was very accommodating and responded very quickly to my questions. 2020 - I'm baaaack! I wanted to try their services at their new location. I got the ceramic wax and I must say, it is the best wax treatment I have ever seen. Service, well that's a different story; it's EXCEPTIONAL!! Even better than the first time. They offered to let me drop off my car and take me to work and pick me up when it was done. That is the perfect solution for someone who has to work all day. Everyone is very friendly, including the owner, Zach, and they all seem genuinely appreciative of my business and that is something missing in most businesses today. I really cannot say enough good things about my whole experience. I will be returning in the fall! 2021 - Another visit, another great experience. This is the 3rd different car I have trusted with Top Of The Line and I wouldn't go anywhere else! 2022 - yep, back again. Same great experience. Cannot recommend Top Of The Line enough. Great service and detailing! 2022v2 - Brought in a Stinger this time which had some mysterious road grime that had defied all my attempts to remove it. They were able to remove it and apply an amazing ceramic wax. Best place in town, bar NONE! 2024 - Another year, another trip to Top Of The Line! This time I upgraded to a 1 year ceramic wax and it looks fantastic. Great service, great price, great product!
Absolutely the best experience!! The staff take so much pride in their work and are very excited to know what you think of their work. I brought my '95 corvette in for an engine bay cleaning and an interior cleaning and both were flawless afterwards! I provided a note about a concern I had with an area under the hood and they did the entire engine bay by hand! It most likely was a lot of work, but it definitely paid off! Well done guys! Thank you for your help!
