Staff was helpfull, and polite. My bike came with a bad battery and was dead the day after i bought it,, kind of a let down cause i think they knew it was bad. It was a used unit though so i couldnt be too upset, however, they did get me a new one for cost.
I found an ATV on their website, and the pricing was very competitive. Did an online query and Ryan in sales was very quick getting back with me. That day someone came in and purchased the machine I was interested in. That’s when Ryan really came through, he went through the inventory and found another identical machine in stock and I grabbed it, very happy. I went to pick it up and Mark the finance gentleman was another great person to deal with, he made my experience even better. I had some questions about service and maintenance so one of the service staff came out and answered all of my questions and gave me some fantastic tips regarding the machine. I highly recommend this dealer, they have a huge selection of everything Honda. I will contact them again when I need another machine. Thank You.
