Recently got my undercarriage done with a rust preventing coating and it resulted in vehicle damage quoted for over $11,000. I went in the day after it was done and showed various employees including the manager, June, the damage. June looked at the damage and said thats not how they do business and that it is apparent the job was not done correctly. she laid out 2 options saying I could wait a few days until the owner contacted me or they could try and fix it with a solvent they have. I chose the latter and nothing was fixed. June and a front desk employee both agreed that the attempted fix was a failure. I asked for a reimbursement of my original $750 bill and showed them the quote I got and June refused saying nothing can happen until the owner or GM is contacted. They have offered no sort of reimbursement and encouraged me to take it to small claims court. During this whole process the desk worker told me they have had over 8 complaints of undercarriage jobs, one of them being that same day with another customer I spoke to. The same desk worker apologized on behalf of his coworkers while expressing his own frustration and doubts in their ability. Save your money and do not come here unless you want to deal with untrained mechanics and unprofessional staff.

I took in my 2023 tundra to line x in Nicholasville to get a brush guard, nerf bars, and some window tinting on the front windows. Matt was awesome the whole way through and the truck looks amazing. The price was fair and the service was excellent. He even got me a great price on spraying lineX on my brush guard. It looks tough and I’m so glad I did it. Definitely recommend line x to anyone looking to add some accessories to their truck.

I wanted to take the time to let everyone know what a great job Matt Gabbard and his team of technicians at Line-X of Lexington did on my 2012 Ford Raptor. I took it to them to freshen-up and restore my truck to its original luster. They by far exceeded my expectations! They performed a complete undercoating of the whole truck including the fender wells and the receiver hitch. Also during the undercoating they made me aware of any issues that concerned them which I considered to be outstanding service! Then Donny and Line-X spray technician performed a new premium bed liner over the rails and several custom color match options including the front grill, the fender flares, the front bumper, the rear bumper and the running boards which had to be stripped of a factory coating before they recoated them. All Line-X used on the truck was premium grade to prevent fading and had a beautiful metallic shine. Donny made a suggestion to remove a handle on my tailgate that I didn’t like that would also remove the plastic cover on my tailgate. His spray technician helped me find the correct cover panel from ford and they coated the tailgate and the cover panel at no extra charge! After the Line-X was complete Matt did a full detailing job on the truck, inside and out. Finally Matt performed a stage one polish on the entire truck to restore the paint to its original luster! I could not be any happier with the work everyone performed on my truck to make it look as good or better than it did new! I’ve included pictures of the work they performed. Update: they have now done my third vehicle with tint since my first review.. since then 3 tints, andersen hitch, road master active suspension. Amazing work fantastic crew highly recommend. Great customer service! Local family owned and operated. Got a bed liner, and bed rail anchors. Only took a few hours. Very happy with the quality and look of the liner. They also have tons of accessories inside the store. AMSOIL dealer.

This was my first visit to Line-X of KY. From the promptness of service, to the competitive prices, to the quality of workmanship, I have gladly given 5 stars. My experience actually started with a referral from one of Line-X's vendors, Roadmaster Active Suspension. They loved the business relationship they shared, and strongly suggested I turn to Line-X to purchase their product that they reluctantly couldn't ship quickly due to COVID. I took their advice and am glad I did. When I called, I spoke directly to one of most professional and personable sales representatives that I've ever encountered. John was his name. John had me outfitted with exactly what I wanted/needed for my truck, and at such a reasonable price, that I had to reassure we included everything. When I asked when I could get it all installed, "Tomorrow afternoon" was my answer. When I dropped my truck off the next day, the showroom at Line-X was ABSOLUTELY full of customers. I was shocked that within a minute, I was helped and had my truck ready to be worked on. Now, having worked customer service at several large retailers and hospitality chains, I tend to be a bit shrewd when it comes to customer service, and what I feel entitled to. However, I will attest that Line-X of KY stands out as a fine retail establishment, and hope they serve as a model for other local businesses, and even national businesses to emulate. Keep up the great service, Line-X! I will certainly bring my business and refer others your way.
