These people are a complete scam. Anytime you tell them they did wrong, they tell you that you must be mixed up with a different company. I am 100% positive that THIS IS the company that did my service. The owner is dismissive and the workers literally fall asleep at the front and won’t answer any questions or calls. It’s always “you must have us mixed up with another company because we don’t have you in the system” What an easy response for someone that scammed you out of $350+. They find ways to add on little prices and they get their money out of you. My car was not cleaned but just soaked in cleaner and left.
The work completed by VIP on my 2024 Encore GX was outstanding. The car had quite a bit of sap on the hood and they removed all. This was the warranty follow-up on my ceramic coating. Great job!!
Matt and Anthony are awesome!! I have had my car detailed by other people and other companies before and always thought they did a decent job. These guys here give the WOW factor!! Imagine what your car looks like but worse. I always had my dogs with me and you can imagine the mud, hair, and everything else. My truck looks brand new and I cannot recommend this team enough. Ask for Matt or Anthony and they will take care of you.
The guys at VIP do a great job! This was my one year follow up after the original ceramic coating and the experience was great! I drop the car and when I pick up the suv it was brand new again! Highly recommended them!
Very satisfied and highly recommend. I called and they have great customer service. Had question about where the best options and prices for a 20 year old ski boat. Boat had buoy marks, scum line, and a LOT of oxidation. They were very helpful, walked me thru steps and for 3 prices / options. Did not feel rushed or pressured for any option. Boat looks brand new. 10/10 will use again and recommend. I dealt with 3-4 different people from getting quote to drop off to pick up and all very friendly and helpful. Got updates easily on when to drop off and pick up. Smooth process.
