I would give this shop 10 stars if it was an option. Ronnie and his team made me feel like I was their only customer. Insurance ended up totaling my truck after it was almost fully repaired, but Ronnie kept me informed through the whole process and was kind enough to put badges on my replacement vehicle. He's the kind of guy you want at your crawfish boil!!
Jeff and his crew at River Road auto body and paint did an outstanding job on my truck. I wish I would’ve took pictures before it went in so I could compare of how nice it looks now pretty much a showroom finish looks like a brand new truck I put this truck through torture the last two years and these guys got me looking fresh. They also went as far as detailed the inside of my truck hats off to these guys they do a damn good job.

I experienced no hassle working with them through my insurance company. The repair work on my Porsche Cayenne is beautiful like the first day of purchase. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed or uneasy. Ronnie and Jeff are so friendly and really listen to their customer's concerns. I had an issue that required an out‑of‑pocket repair, and they offered me a truly fair price paired with phenomenal service. The turnaround time was impressively quick, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. Eric did an AMAZING job and even topped off my windshield wiper fluid, while Ronnie checked the battery on my remote key. I really felt taken care of. You can tell this is more than a business. This is a community. I’m genuinely ecstatic to have found this gem. It’s rare to come across a business that treats you with this level of honesty and care. EDIT** I left a review a few years ago for how great this shop is. Coming back to share another experience. I was rear ended and left with some cosmetic damage on my rear bumper and had some paint imperfections from the dealership I purchased my car from. Ronnie listened to all my concerns and made his magic happen. My back bumper was fixed with ease and we worked together to find a solution for the front. They were able to repaint and make some readjustments to the front and have my car looking better than when I purchased it! The passenger fender and front end was off due to my transitional paint shade and always bugged me when I walked out to my car. They truly took great care of my vehicle and went above and beyond with the service. I’ve been coming here and recommending this place for years! This shop produces high quality work and also has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They went above and beyond by completing what was needed for my vehicle, along with sprinkling in some extra services that really took my car to a whole new level. They pay great attention to detail and made sure I left satisfied!
