This place is legit! Tyrone the owner & one of his partners fully detailed my car, inside & outside & it literally looks like a new car. He was even able to get many stains out of my cloth seats, that other detailers could not. Best part about it, it only took 2 hours! If you looking to get your car detailed, this is the place!
Tyrone and his crew did an incredible job on my vehicle. Extremely reasonable prices for the number of services and quality of their work. Will definitely be back!
Tyrone was exceptionally friendly and professional. I brought in a recently purchased used car with the smell of cigarettes and ash in all the nooks and crannies I just could not reach. I never thought I'd get the smell and ash out, but Tyrone and his team did! A friend rode in the car for the first time after and confirmed I had not become nose blind, she couldn't smell it at all! Tires were sparkling as well. Editing to add after reading other reviews, I actually purchased my service at a discounted rate through Groupon and well, expected to get what I paid for at a lower price. I was pleasantly surprised the quality of service I received was not sacrificed despite the discount and felt the full price would have been justified. Inside and out, I was satisfied. Also, I was told to expect 2-3 hours and right on time received a text 2.5 hours after dropoff my vehicle was ready for pickup.
Think twice! I thought, for $200-300, I would get an elite level car detailing. This was not that. As soon as I got home, I started noticing all the places on the outside they missed. They apparently didn't detail my rims at all because they all had grease still fully visible in the crevices. There were a half dozen places on the outside that just were missed in the wiping. And inside, there were some spots they didn't touch at all, like the backseat headrests, and parts of the console. Several of the windows had spots, streaks, and some sort of cleaning liquid on them that made them look dirty. So I wasn't happy with the inside or the outside. They also apparently severed some wires that were under my seats for some after-market LED lights, and just left them for me to find, I guess. Seems dishonest. Was told it would take 3 hours, so I waited at a nearby business. It actually took 5 hrs 15 minutes. This was a half-decent car wash at best, not a professional detail job. If you are detail oriented, you will not be satisfied with this work.
More than satisfied customer! Much needed TLC! Easy appointment for the platinum package. Dropped off hoping for the best. Car looks 10 years younger. On the Spot got into every crevice, under the seats, shampooed all cloth areas, and made the area around the engine shine (not the mechanical parts that would ruin a vehicle). Best detailing I’ve seen! Look forward to returning.
