after securing an appointment and showing up 1/2 hour early. i patiently waited till i noticed people going home. it was 6 so i thought i should ask about my jeep that i purchased there. what jeep? was my answer. well i was told they would bring my jeep around so i could leave. so i did all the way across town to another jeep dealer who happily took 800+ $ for maintenance work. never going back!! wish you could post lower than 1 star

The purchase process was seamless. It was quick, efficient, and the salesperson, Jennifer, was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The finance department was also efficient and knowledgeable. I want to give Nate in service a shout-out for his role in my purchase. He was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help me. Overall, it was a family atmosphere where I felt supported and welcomed. I did not feel like I was being take advantage of, which is sometimes the case. When I get ready for a new vehicle, I will return to Hebert's.

Jennifer Lee Whitlock went above and beyond getting me back rolling in style with my new Jeep Thank you for helping me find my dream vehicle my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Love it and all the features The service was excellent with fast service and best customer service.. everything thing was smooth sealing and handling it so professional. Definitely recommend Herbert Town &Country the best place to buy your next ride. The staff was very welcoming and made you feel like family.

It's been 4 months since I purchased my 2022 Ford F-250 Lariat. I absolutely love it. I drove 4 hours from Texas to buy it, as this dealership had the best price I could find. The on site purchase was the fastest experience I've ever had. About 6 weeks after the purchase I had a mechanical issue that cost me about $500. Since I had a 4 month warranty I called to see about getting reimbursed. After a few phone calls, the Management agreed and sent me a check to cover my costs. I am grateful that this dealership believes in true customer satisfaction.

Seems like this place sell lemon cars. We bought a used truck from here in May and there’s something goes wrong after another. First, it was the gas gauge, then tire alignment and then the tire that we asked when we bought the truck and the sales man said it passed the inspection so it’s good but after few weeks of driving it we had to replace the whole 4 tires that costed us almost $2,000 which finding out from CarFax that it was recommended to replace them in August of 2024. After that, we had to replace the exhaust cause it was making a weird noise and now the ABS module that they say it’s been years that they know why sell a truck knowing there’s a problem with it that ya all can’t fixed? Called them about the ABS and they said it be ordered and have them overnight the parts but it’s been a week and haven’t heard back from them and every time we call, they say they’re 4 weeks behind so we have to leave the truck. What are we supposed to do in 4 weeks without a car? We both go to work and we both need a car to get to work. So they can’t get the part to fix the ABS light. They said they talked to the owners son and he said they should help us trading the truck they sold us few months ago that they knew something wrong with it. They don’t give us any choices but one truck and still asked us for a down payment after putting down payment on the first truck and was fixing everything went wrong with it. This place is a ripoff. Sales managers come aggressive when you try to say something too. I had emails Mark also and left my info to call me but he won’t be able to call me until the following week but he never called. I also called their Customer Relations but she never answered the phone. Been to different Dodge dealerships and they said this place is the worse and have a bad reputation.
