After seeing East Coast Detailing & Diagnostics recommended in several places, I decided to reach out, and I am incredibly impressed with my first experience. I have been looking for a new mechanic for our 2015 Subaru Forester. I initially inquired about replacing a neutral safety switch, an undercoating quote, and an inspection to address a shaking issue at speeds over 55 mph. I appreciated the fast response from Zach and the detailed information regarding services and pricing. What truly stood out was the pick-up and drop-off service offered for a very reasonable fee; I have never heard of a shop providing this level of convenience. My car was picked up in the morning, and after an inspection, it was determined that we needed front and rear sway bar links as well as rear brakes and rotors. By the end of the day, Zach and Dustin had fixed everything and completed the undercoating as well. Thank you for the excellent service. Will be back!

After being completely satisfied with his work for more than a year, I trusted him to apply an undercoating to my high-mileage, aging vehicle and repair the rust spots above the wheel wells. He completed the job on time, and when I inspected it, I was impressed by how thorough he had been. I'm not the type to write reviews for services, but I appreciate thorough work and respect business owners who go the extra mile to build their brand and understand their customers needs. When Zach and Dustin did my undercoating this past week, they were kind enough to provide me with a ride back to work and when I arrived to collect the car this morning, Zach was more than willing to raise the car back up on the lift to show me their work and answer my questions, and that's the kind of service that deserves recognition.
