I'm a little bit disappointed with the detailing. The front desk staff was very helpful and nice, but the detailing itself did not seem to be very high quality. My seats were left with dirt on them that I could scrape away with my finger nail, so I question how thoroughly it was shampooed. I brought it in primarily for an odor, and I can still smell the odor in addition to the smell of the cleaner. A piece from the interior of my car was left on top of the car, and when leaving, it fell off the roof and I had to pick it up off the side of the road. Overall not very impressed for $200 just interior detailing.
Excellent all-around experience. I can't believe how new my 2018 Honda Civic, with 125,000 miles, could look again. George did a superb job with my car, and was very courteous and polite. Excellent communication with Katie and others from the time that I booked the appointment to checkout. They were very accommodating in answering my questions about the different types of service as well as scheduling a convenient appointment time. Also worth mentioning: I had bought two gift cards for detailing, in 2021 and 2022, and hadn't gotten around to using them, but On the Spot located them and honored them for this 2025 service. I opted to get my car detailed at On The Spot's location. They have a showroom where you can wait while your car is being detailed if you don't have a ride. (They also offer a courtesy vehicle but theirs was currently being repaired and wasn't available today.) The showroom is clean and quiet and a Keurig coffee machine is available. The Showroom Shine service took longer than expected, about 3 hours, 15 minutes (instead of the expected 3 hours), but the results were worth it, very thorough. I recommend them highly.
Hello everyone. I would give Charles 10 stars. He is very professional, experienced, detail-oriented, punctual, friendly, and accommodating. He did an excellent job on our 2017 Jeep Compass; it looks brand new! Our vehicle never felt cleaner and looked shinier than when we bought it. Even better! Driving in it feels more comfortable. This is my first time using a mobile detailing service. George came out on time and was nothing but pleasant! He even remembered to text instead of knocking on the door bc of our nervous dog. My car is spotless and all the nooks/crannies were meticulously cleaned. I am a yoga/group fitness instructor so the driver's seat can get kinda gross (lol) and it looks as good as new! I will definitely be using them again! Thank you :)
I had a very disappointing experience with this car detailing company. First, they were late to my appointment, which set the tone for the rest of the service. I requested a full exterior detail, expecting them to remove minor scratches as promised. Unfortunately, they did more harm than good. I inspected my vehicle beforehand, knowing it had some dents and deep scratches, but they managed to chip the paint in new areas. To make matters worse, the car wasn’t even fully dry when they handed it back to me. The grill wasn’t properly cleaned either, which should be a basic part of any detailing service. Honestly, they should remove the word “detail” from their name because what they provided was more like a simple, subpar wash. It was definitely not worth the price.
