Not sure about the other less then 5-star reviews.. I’ve had nothing but exceptional service here, EVERY. TIME. I mean.. judging by this line.. I’m not the only one that thinks so lol.
I’ve been going here for a while now, all 3 of my vehicles get serviced here. I just recently picked up a new SUV and took it herrr after the snow storm, expecting a hand wash as usual but upon entering the bay, the worker pulled out a wash brush. I didn’t think much of it until after I got home and looked at my paint full of swirl marks.
I visit this location every so often and they usually do an ok job but these last few times I been I had a third row in my truck and they never vacuum or clean the windows. I have a one year old and he gets milk on the door and they leave it there. My foot rails are dirty and some of the female employees seem to have bad attitudes. I always leave a tip even though I have to come home and finish their job. But no more……
I paid $47 including tip! I chose the hand wash option! They did a really great job on the exterior!!!!!! Super clean on the exterior! Better than the machine! The interior could have been vacuumed a bit better, the side panels of door could have been cleaned a bit more and the gears could have been wiped down. I vacuumed and cleaned the areas that were missed. The staff was pretty good! Thank you all!
I wanted my tires cleaned without shine and requested this. Only to find they only understood I wanted no shine. Needless to say the discussion on cleaning the tires wasn't comprehend.
