Needed to have some paint scuffs removed and came across the many positive reviews for StarWay Detailing. So I called and spoke with the manager Alexei who was able to share similar past jobs they had done so I went ahead and agreed to what was a very reasonable estimate. Within the next business day Danil was the technican who came out and performed the job superbly and quickly. Very much appreciate the team at StarWay. Danil cleaned my car carefully and thoroughly, including expertly done shampooing and odor removal, which was much needed after my son threw up in the car. So professional. Not a single trace of the accident anymore! The manager, Alexey, was very easy to communicate and responded to my messages very efficiently. The pricing was reasonable. Top notch service overall.
From start to finish, the entire process could not have been easier or smoother. Alexey was very communicative when I reached out for a quote. He took the time to figure out exactly what I was looking for then explained the different packages and how the process worked. After the appointment was scheduled, he reached out the day before to confirm all the details. Denis did an absolutely amazing job on my car. I have not given my car a good cleaning in years and decided to treat it to a full detail in preparation for the birth of my baby/to set up the car seat, and I could not be happier with my decision. My car literally looks like it did the day I drove it off the lot!
