This is a good car wash for exterior wash. I would not use them for interior again. They do a poor job vacuuming and wiping and I have to finish the job at home after they are done. These images are what my car looked like AFTER a full interior and exterior wash.
Paid for $44 Carwash plus interior cleaning which is listed as top of the line for the services. The car is cleaned on the exterior that the only visible change. But the cleaning inside was hardly done. I didn’t even see them open my trunk! They did not vacuum it. It still has leaves and dirt in the back. And the rubber matt is definitely not any cleaner in the back There was hardly anything in the trunk and they could have lifted the rubber mat to vacuum underneath and did not. The cup holder and gear consoles also weren’t wiped down and while there isn’t any visible stuff in it, it does have that build up that needs to be wiped away. They also didn’t seem to bother cleaning the crevices in between the seats.. really rather shoddy service. They spent about the same amount of time on each car cleaning interior regardless of the level of package you paid for! Might as well have gotten the lower prices service which doesn’t, based on reviews, seem that much better. I mostly saw them use clothes to wipe down the front console and the inside of the windows and those do look clean/less dusty. Really disappointed and rather upset that I waited in line (yeah they need to work on the signage at the beginning of the two lanes so you know what left and right lanes are for) and was rather ripped off. You are better just doing an exterior wash and then cleaning it yourself. Now I am scrolling through the other reviews and I should have seen those first before coming here. They are completely on point!
Paid $36 for subpar cleaning. I mean they totally missed the basics. My center console was not wiped at all. The streaks on my window are very visible. Disappointed. They did however vacuumed. Need to do a better interior job.
I never write reviews but NEVER again I will step foot in this carwash! Believe all the bad reviews, I wish I had! $36 for a car that wasn’t washed, the only thing they did is the vacuum but the inside still looked as dirty as it was before the wash… This is unacceptable to charge this much money for a poorly done job. Shame on you!!
Went in to have my car washed, I did the flagship package for $44. My car looks like it was not washed, I am highly disappointed and now I’m having to rewash my car at home. Parts of the car were not vacuumed, the windows were definitely not cleaned. And the outside of my car has dried water spots or soap all over. First time there and will not be returning. Waste of my hard earned money honestly.
