Maryland auto spa is a terrific team - spotless facility, friendly and engaging staff, fantastic communication throughout the process (even newbie questions answered thoughtfully) - and no aggressive upsell. And the work? Five stars - my car looks amazing, the water beads on every surface and the paint shines like new.
These guys do a top notch job! The car came out beautifully, the communication timely and thorough, and the price was very reasonable considering the attention to detail inside and out. An overall positive experience! I would not hesitate to use these guys again or recommend them to anyone who wants to get their vehicle looking as close to new again as possible.
Maryland Auto Spa is NOT just another car detailing business. This business is driven by the owner’s passion and is reflected in the stellar results. I was blown away by the great job they did on my car. More notably, I was impressed by the customer care and service. The owner took time to explain all of the services offered (without a pressure campaign to buy), the prices (which are incredible), and what to expect in the process. In this case, he underpromised and overperformed! I urge anyone looking to get their car detailed, wrapped, or otherwise protected from the elements to use Maryland Auto Spa. I have already set aside dates for my next service and you should too. Follow-up: I just had the ceramic coating applied to my car. I was skeptical because the car isn’t that old and ready looked great. However, I noticed a huge difference in the sheen of the paint after the coating. Also, I picked it up on a rainy day; so, it was very easy to see the effect of the ceramic coating because the rain easily slid off the car in tiny beads. Once again, Carson (Owner) and his staff did an amazing job. Moreover, he took the time to tell me about future care to maintain the coating to include drequency of washing the car, how it should be washed, and products to use to maintain the shine and luster added by the ceramic coating. I strongly urge anyone who is thinking about protecting or restoring a car to take it to Maryland Auto Spa.
I had a really positive experience with Carson at Maryland Auto Spa. He was very thorough and patient in answering all my questions beforehand, excellent at communication throughout, easy to schedule with, and the end results speak for themselves. Highly recommended.
