They quality of wash is zero. They put big number 3 on their sign but it says 3 minutes wash. It doesn’t have meaning. They are trying to fool customers. They charge you minimum 6$ but the wash is not good at all compared to other carwash.
Bought a $32 premium full service and was guided in by “Scott”. He claims he saw “nothing” even though there was a large CHONK noise as their equipment malfunctioned (or negligence occurred by their "attendant"). Please understand this occurred post pulling in (when the track started moving). The damage is far in on the spoke, not normal for a car wash to do this. The front and back driver side rims have damage, that is indisputably caused by this business. The metal is so freshly shaved the flakes visible in the video could not be clearer. How would I have created this while my cars dripping wet in their detail line after pulling out of their auto wash? Why did this damage occur once the track moved and not while I pulled in if I was at fault? “Scott” said the owner will call me & still made me pay for the wash but "refunded the detail". I have documentation of my wheels with meta data not having this damage, and a meta data (date, location, & time) stamped video & dash cam of this whole encounter. Please make this right and I will reverse this review and stop further actions. I was happy to support your business & will provide a path to redemption regardless of your dishonest manager. I just want to say a HUGE thank you to Wheaton Car Wash and to Tim - my mom left her work bag here by accident, and they were very helpful and friendly, making sure to keep it safe for us overnight. On top of that, the car wash was clean, quick, and thorough. 5-stars, and thanks to the hardworking, kind people on their team!
Took our Tesla for exterior detail. They initially told us it would be $150 but then they decided to raise the price and charge us $200 As u can see in the photos there is swirl marks and the paint was not polished correctly in multiple spots I would NOT recommend this place Also I drove past the car wash today and there was a guy holding a sign saying “Wheaton car wash damaged my car” I’m not even surprised…
I've never had my interior detailed before and I was nervous because I didn't know how it would turn out. Well, I can tell you, I was not disappointed. My car looked and smelled like I just took it off the dealership lot! The gentleman that assisted me was really nice and his crew was working really hard on super humid day. Thank you so much!
