I chose Viper because they are a mobile detailing service. I have young kids so it’s hard to travel and drop off a car for detailing. It’s honestly the reason why I haven’t gotten my car detailed. The google reviews seemed good and I gave them a shot. Best decision ever! The scheduling process was easy. Fill out your info online and someone contacted me within 5 minutes. I scheduled a Saturday appointment (it was Tuesday when I was contacted). The morning of, I received a text that Frederick was on the way. Frederick is a true professional. He was on time and detailed my car like it was his own. I am beyond happy with the final results. I am definitely recommending and will be a return customer. Thank you Frederick and Viper detailing!
Viper did an AMAZING job. I have a 9 year old Subaru that goes camping and to the beach and hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. The car looks almost brand new inside and out and I couldn't be more satisfied with the work. I highly recommend them and plan to request their service again next year!
UPDATE: This business truly cares for the customer experience and wants to make things right for their customers. After my feedback, the owner personally reached out to me and addressed my concerns. They offered to come back and address the remaining issues, including thorough treatments for tough stains and left the car hood looking very clean and polished. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I had a standard full detail (exterior and interior) plus car seat shampooing. I think they did a good job, but I expected a bit more attention to detail, especially for the price point. They missed many spots on the hood cover, left some water marks in the exterior, and also did not clean the bottom of the front bumper. The interior was cleaned well and looks pretty good.
Had a detail done on my s5 today, and they didn’t disappoint. My car looks like it’s just rolled off the dealership floor. Attention to detail and professionalism is unmatched. Can’t wait for my next detail.
Normally I don’t leave reviews, but when O say they did a fantastic job I mean they did it efficiently and fabulously. I had someone unfortunately get sick in the back of my car while I was Ubering them and the mess wasn’t pretty, but after they detailed it my car felt and smelled brand new, seat stains from riders spilling drinks gone, car mats I have gotten past down look almost brand new with how much gunk was in between them before (I know I tried getting it out myself). I can’t express how thankful I am for the work they did. Cost definitely was worth the work that was put in. I’ve had my share of detailings where cost didn’t meet the work done. This just all around a fabulous experience. :D
