PJ and Will did a great job explaining the process, the warranty etc and I was able to save some money by doing the protection film along with the ceramic coating. During the process, WIll kept me informed about what they found, and even quickly arranged a paintless dent repair that didn't affect the estimated time the car would be ready. I was also able to have them ceramic coat the summer wheel set that was off the car during the winter, which also meant that the barrels of the wheels could be coated as well. The car looks great--you can barely see the edges of the film unless you look very close--and I'm looking forward to see how the ceramic coating holds up. Great service. I would recommend to others.
Everyone just make sure you do your homework on PPF Film if you’re looking for exceptional quality and outstanding performance, this is not the place you should be looking. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. I already gave them a opportunity to fix the issue at hand, but still this is how I receive my vehicle. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE PLEASE!!
Got my windows tinted in January and mid November they start peeling now mid December half my window is peeling off, moved out of state due to family reasons and thankfully was able to have it warrantied with little to no headaches. This is not a bad shop as they are clean and professional, just a common issue when it comes to getting euro cars tinted I guess. Window is fixed and so far any other issues that have been found on other windows are able to be fixed by the shop or with xpel products.
Awesome stuff!! Great options for tints and all other protective upgrading. I heard the Need for Speed Underground2 soundtrack in the back of my head when looking around and being shown options to choose from. Got some upgraded tint and it was installed fast and no damage to my car. Loving it and can’t wait for summer to clean the car up! Shout out to Dino for the assistance and answering all my questions!
Great experience. Would 100% recommend. I worked with Kevin and PJ- both are amazing. Very nice folks and great to work with. I got full body stealth PPF done, tint on all windows and rear windshield, ceramic on exterior, ceramic on upholstery. The price was very competitive and Kevin is very knowledgable & experienced with these products and this work. These are the reasons I went with them. The car turned out great and they took really good care of my brand new car! See pictures The only thing I'd recommend is talk about the minor details and have clear expectations on both side. Things like how the edges will be done for PPF (wrapped around OR some gap left exposed), how will PPF be done on tricky areas like weird curves which are hard to cover completely, etc. This is the mistake that I made and I'm working with them to resolve it. But I'm certain we'll have a solution that I'll be 100% happy with -- they are great to work with, very accommodating!! Again, I would 100% recommend them. They go the extra mile to make sure you're happy.
