Paid $50 for the full service supposed to be cleaned inside and out. This the service you provide? Lazy is an understatement, this place does not value hard work or take pride in what they do and the work they offer. By far the worst “full service” car wash I have been to. Google needs to start adding negative star reviews! This place should be ashamed of themselves.
Today, I dropped off my vehicle (7/18/25) (The service included cleaning the carpet and mat, spot treated and shampooed wheels cleaned and tires dressed)The total cost was $120 with drunk also. However when I came in to pickup my vehicle it was terrible dirty. I will update more because he blamed me when I picked up my vehicle on the second time for re-cleaned.
The worst car wash I’ve ever had. I paid 40 bucks. When I was driving I noticed the car still had my dogs nose prints all over all the glass. When I stopped I saw that my car wasn’t actually cleaned. ??? Everything was still dirty. I reached out via email asking to be refunded, and was met with silence. No response. Photos attached. They lost a longtime customer today. Skip this place. I absolutely did not need it detailed lol. I needed what I get twice a month for years. This day they didn’t do it. Was sent out in five minutes lol. I requested a refund and got a ridiculous response. I’ll pass it along to everyone I know.
This is what you get after being a loyal customer to this place for nearly 10+ years. I went in for the routine wash and vac I always get. My window had no damage prior to entering this place. After they finish washing and vacuuming, I notice the window is damaged and cracked. I spoke to one worker who told me to speak to the lady who works at the front desk. She tells me to speak to the individual who vacuumed the car then proceeds to tell me yes my window was cracked already prior to arrival when she does nothing but sit at the front desk for payments. The man who vacuumed my car told me I already had a damaged window while smiling the entire time to which I told him I did not. So now I must take this to small claims because clearly these people think they can damage cars and get away with it.
I took my car on 5-15-2022 for a routine car wash. specifically asked them if they knew how to drive a Tesla. This was the biggest mistake I could have made. They scuffed two of my wheels as they were not careful with the car wash mechanism which guides tue car to the washing system. They took zero responsibility for their mistake and the owner said if I took him to court it was his word against mine. Stay away from this place as their service is not worth their prices.
