Amazing!! 16 year old car and this was the first accident it’s gotten and I had no idea how to handle a claim or even where to start but they made soooo easy and smooth the start to end. Honestly my car looks a million times better than it did when I brought it in. Stephanie and everyone was super friendly and so helpful. I trusted them during the whole process. 10/10 recommend & thank you so much to the team!
Peabody auto collision was without a doubt one of the best businesses we’ve interacted with. From the minute we called for the first time -the courteous customer service- all the way to the completed work. We were kept informed throughout the whole process with calls emails text messages. We were never without an Update. Super grateful to the whole tech team that worked on our truck and a special shout out to Jeffrey who was our voice throughout the process and Stephanie kept the administrative part of the work going seamlessly. I recommend 1000% great job team!
They provide awesome service. I got my car repair work done here and it felt like a new car when I received it back. They gave me a discount and complementary car detailing/ cleaning service as well. Their price is also reasonable. The people working there are really helpful. I am satisfied with their job and would definitely recommend them for any car collision services.

If you’re looking for the best customer service, top quality auto body work, fair prices, and amazing results, you shouldn’t go anywhere else. I’m so happy this body shop is near where I live. Someone hit my car and left a dent, but they took care of it quickly and professionally. They even detailed my car and cleaned it better than the day I picked it up from the dealership! I absolutely recommend them and want to thank the whole team for such wonderful service.
