Figuring it would be a week or two out, I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment within a few days. Drop off was a breeze, Mitchell greeted us at the door and explained the process. My wife even commented on how courteous and professional he was. The job was done well within the timeframe, the work was immaculate, the instructions for care were clear and we couldn’t be happier. Can't go wrong with these guys—Matt and Mitch are a power duo. PPFed my ES350 and my LC500; both turned out amazing. Friendly, efficient, beautiful. When we get a Grand Highlander or a TX350, we're coming back for a front PPF job too. Lifelong customers as long as we're in Massachusetts.
