John Alexander was great! He helped me purchase my new 2023 Kia Forte. The whole process was extremely smooth and easy thanks to him. He made sure everything with my new car was perfect and ready before I took it off the lot (new tires, alignment, full detail) which I am very thankful for. If you need a new car, go see John. Great experience for a minor body repair. The quality of the work was excellent, the staff were friendly and courteous, and the entire process was easy from start to finish. I really appreciated the weekly detailed email and text updates—they kept me informed without any effort on my part. The shop was clean, and my car was returned spotless and detailed. Highly recommend.
My car was eventually totaled out so I can't review their repair work, but while my vehicle was with them, they were friendly, professional, and very responsive. They happily helped me get the remaining items from my car, including the roof racks, which they went above and beyond on. I hope I don't need their services again in the future but if I do need vehicle collision repair, I'm bringing my car to Wagner.

I received weekly email updates about the repair progress, and whenever I had questions, someone from the team was always available to help.
