Ceramic Pro Grand Rapids did an outstanding job installing Paint Protection Film on my 2021 Bronco. We recently purchased a 2026 Kia Sportage. The dealer offered a "ceramic" coating product called Zurich. After a little research and a couple of phone calls to ceramic coating companies it became clear that system was not going to be robust enough. Corbin at Ceramic Pro provided us a quote for a ceramic coating but also introduced us to PPF (paint protective film). We were invited to their shop to see first hand PPF being applied to a vehicle and a little demo that is very convincing about the quality and durability of PPF. There were no "hard sell" tactics used. Corbin made the entire process very easy for us, he communicated with us well and the car looks great. My first experience with XLeR8 AutoSpa and Collision was very satisfying. CeramicPro products, I feel, are the best considering my experienceat another shop. I atill really like my other shop, but XLeR8 is the only Elite CeramicPro dearler in West Michigan. I purchased a new to me 2022 Audi with very low mileage. Corbin and Jeff were very accommodating and helpful from PPF and window tint, to ceramic coating, to minor paint body work. I highly recommend them.
Corbin went above and beyond when detailing my truck. He got me in right away, it was a quick turnaround and the results are amazing.
