I ordered leather seat covers. The front and back seats are sold separately. I ordered both and received both. There were fit issues and so I wanted to return the items and purchase a different set. They sent me return labels. I shipped both boxes (front and back) back to realtruck. I received reimbursement for only half the order. I have sent multiple emails and they have been unresponsive. At this time there is absolutely no way I will make another purchase with this company and I recommend you avoid them as well.
I recently installed the RealTruck BAKFlip MX4 on my truck and couldn’t be happier. This thing looks absolutely incredible on the vehicle — sleek, low-profile, and it completely upgrades the overall appearance. It fits perfectly and looks like it came straight from the factory. The install? Shockingly easy. Two simple tools and just a matter of minutes — that’s it. Honestly, it took me longer to break down and cut up the cardboard shipping box than it did to install the cover on the truck. The instructions were clear, everything lined up perfectly, and the whole process was straightforward and stress-free. Functionally, it’s just as impressive as it looks. Solid construction, smooth operation, and extremely well-built. It’s easily one of the best-looking and best-functioning tonneau covers on the market today. Huge thank you to RealTruck for making such an awesome product that combines premium appearance, durability, and one of the simplest installs out there. Highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their truck — you won’t regret it!
My experience with Real Truck has been excellent so far. Matt C. helped me with my online order and gave me a discount for a VoltStep power step for my new 2026 Tacoma. It only took a few minutes to order and my product arrived in 4 days in perfect condition. I haven't opened the packing yet because my custom ordered Tacoma hasn't arrived yet. I'll post pictures and give a review when my truck arrives. :-)
I purchased the Truxedo Sentry CT hard rollup tonneau cover. The help and advice I got choosing a cover was great. The installation instructions are good. I installed it myself. One person can install it but having a helper would simplify the process quite a bit. The build quality of the cover is very good except for the fact that when I unrolled it the first time there were metal shavings all over the place. They were on both sides of the cover. Some of them were imbedded in the fabric of the cover and were difficult to remove which takes some time. Some stick to the solid surface and in the grooves of the interlocking parts on the underside of the cover. They have been a pain and time consuming to get cleaned up. Every time I unroll the cover more shavings appear. Im sure eventually there wont be any more shavings but for a premium cover at this price point this shouldn't be happening. Actually, this shouldn't be happening at any price point. Definitely a lack of quality control. If it wasn't for the aggravation and time I have spent cleaning metal shavings this would have been a 5 star experience.
