Wow. I went to multiple auto detailing shops and nobody was able to fix the issue in my car. Every place either turned me away or quoted me an insane price. These guys took on the job with confidence and handled it like pros. They finished everything in less than an hour and made it look brand new. Not only did they save my interior, but they saved me thousands of dollars. Highly recommend — hands down the best detailing shop I’ve been to!

Amazing customer service and great work. Went in for a interior detailing. The car looks fantastic! It definitely needed alot of work and the where amazing. I ended up waiting for my car. hanging out in their lobby and they had water/coffee and wifi. The staff is very kind and welcoming.
The service at Greenfield Auto Spa was not good. I paid for a full car window tinting and detail for $799. I specifically told the employee that I wanted all my windows legally tinted and to put the tinted strip on the windshield. When I picked up my car, the entire front windshield was fully tinted. When I questioned why something was done that I didn't ask for, I was told that it would "look weird." I was also reassured that the tint was "legal.: A few weeks later, I was stopped by the Michigan state police and told that tint on the front window shield is illegal, and I received a ticket. Not once did they offer to pay for the ticket. That would be real customer service, but no offer. The detail service I purchased required seat removal for carpet cleaning. A few weeks after getting my car detailed, I attempted to use my coat hanger on the back of my seat, and it was broken. I had not been notified by anyone that something had broken. Not only was it broken, they had made an attempt to glue it back together (see pictures) to deceive me. When confronted about the situation, they initially denied it, but then took responsibility once management was confronted. Finally, the car exterior was not washed well. I kept pointing out areas that should not have been overlooked, but they kept saying the dirt was from the car sitting outside, which was far from the truth since it was heavy dirt. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. The amount of money I spent there was significant, but the quality of work and customer service was not worth it at all. They talk good, but they deliver poorly!
These guys did a nice job on our cadillac!! I was soo surprised about how they cleaned in detail and scent was amazing when I first open our car door. Do not upsell , trustful place. They placed a paper sheet on our floor mat as well since there was snow on the road, which we really appreciated it. I was worried about getting dirty again on floor mat right after car wash but I did not even tell them the concern and they placed them by themselves!
