If you want your car to look like this, all stained, go here. Upon noticing it, I informed the person at the place and then re-washed. It did not come off. I hand waxed it and still did not come off. I opened a claim, the Manager of the car wash called me and said NOT OUR PROBLEM. They offered $250 to help me with buffing the car, which I did not take, the attitude of saying this was NOT caused at the car wash is not right/honest.
I had a great experience with this car wash! The team did an excellent job — my car looked spotless. What really stood out was the customer service. While I was vacuuming the interior, Ethan one of their executive came up and kindly asked if I wanted my all-weather mats washed as well. That was such a thoughtful touch, and he did a fantastic job cleaning them. Highly recommend this place if you want your car cleaned right and treated with great service.
Havent had my car washed for a long time...but saw this new place and decided to stop in. James was really professional and helpful! He hooked me up & my car came out so nice and almost completely dry which meant no icing up ..which is impressive considering its in the negative outside! I will definitely be back!
