The best experience I've had dealing with car care. Your Information Technology, from Web Site to scheduling and going through the process was professional and clear. The gentleman that assisted was pleasant and knew his job.
Absolutely wonderful experience and will definitely make this my new home for any service I will need in the future. The atmosphere is friendly, the waiting area is gorgeous and the work is impeccable and done with integrity. The have a Car Care Club that mores than pays for itself and saves you a ton of money in the long run..and keeps you on top of routine maintenance. I highly recommend if you want honesty, great work and a fair price.
Had a really good experience. Easily able to schedule an appointment online. I was able to wait for my vehicle in their comfortable waiting area. The team performed a 2 part BG fuel induction service and Oil change. Joined their Shores Car Care Club saving me $87 dollars in discounts.
The front desk team at Shore Car Care was incredibly kind and helpful. They understood that this is our only car right now and made sure we had a quick turnaround. Reasonable prices and great communication—from texts to phone calls. The service on our 2009 VW Jetta was smooth, and the car is in great shape now. I’ll definitely return.
Rick at the front desk and the rest of the team took great care of me and my vehicle. They seemed to be straight forward about everything. Highly recommend their service as long as it continues to hold up! Don't expect it to be cheap though! I paid $2200 ish for a thermostat housing, intake manifold, valve cover, and ignition coil pack, and general vehicle and brake inspections out the door. It is nice they have financing options I will say.
